SHA cluster chief executives are being asked to cascade this information to eligible ‘Very Senior Manager’ grade people (VSM) in the NHS and to nominate those who they feel are able to demonstrate strong leadership, excellent and demonstrable commercial expertise, business acumen and customer focus skills by 14 May.

The process is open to those VSM people who are at risk or affected by change and it will be managed within ring-fenced pools based on SHA boundaries.
