Flu & COVID-19 vaccination audio invitation – 65+

We’re inviting you to get your free winter NHS flu and COVID-19 vaccinations because you are aged 65 or over (or will be by 31 March 2025).

How to get your NHS flu vaccination

  • contact your GP surgery
  • find a pharmacy offering flu vaccines at nhs.uk/flu-pharmacy
  • some pharmacies offer appointments on the NHS App and online at nhs.uk/bookflu

How to get your COVID-19 vaccination

You can arrange your flu and COVID-19 vaccinations for the same appointment by phoning 119 or booking on the NHS App or online.

Book your COVID-19 vaccination before 20 December 2024. You can get your flu vaccination after this date, but it’s better to get vaccinated sooner, ahead of the colder months.

If you need support

119 offers support in 200 languages. Translators are available. You can also use text phone 18001 119 or the NHS British Sign Language service at www.signvideo.co.uk/nhs119.

If you get your care at home, contact your GP surgery for a home visit. If they can’t arrange it, get support at www.england.nhs.uk/covid-vaccination-contacts.

More information

Flu and COVID-19 spread more easily in winter. Having both of your winter vaccinations will reduce your risk of getting severe symptoms. It’s important you top up your protection because it fades over time and viruses change. Read more at www.nhs.uk/wintervaccinations.
