NHS Frimley Integrated Care Board, 2x Non-Executive Members

NHS Frimley Integrated Care Board is looking for two new Non-Executive Members (NEMs) to join our Board and work with health and care partners to deliver a shared vision for the future across our Integrated Care System.

We are developing a one team approach of joined-up services that deliver improved outcomes, experiences, and access for all; enhancing quality, enabling equity, improving the health and wellbeing of residents, communities, and staff; and using our collective resources most effectively.

The roles will include joining either our Audit and Risk Committee or our System Transformation Board providing leadership and expertise in the development of our governance for our transformation strategy and plans.  We are particularly interested to hear from those with relevant skills and experience for example health economics, AI and technology enabled transformation in complex environments.

More than your professional background, however, we are interested in your life experience and personal motivations for this role, as we know through experience that different ideas, perspectives, and backgrounds create a stronger and more creative environment, which in turn delivers better patient outcomes.

You will be joining a team with strong shared values, and our NEMs have a key role in nurturing this culture which proactively promotes diversity, is committed to equality of opportunity for all and to the principles of compassionate leadership.
