This document shows NHS England and NHS Improvement’s assessment:

• for each CCG-to-Trust relationship of whether the relationship is above or below the £200,000 annual threshold
• as to which CCG would act as Co-ordinating Commissioner in respect of each Trust

of the initial non-recurrent adjustment which would be needed to each CCG’s financial allocation for 2021/22
