The NHS Standard Contract (shorter-form) 2017-19 (January 2018 edition): The General Conditions contain the fixed standard conditions which apply to all services and all types of provider, including mechanisms for contract management, generic legal requirements and defined terms. The January 2018 edition has now been superseded by the May 2018 edition.
